Lake Roosevelt is a BIG lake. It covers 80,000 square acres, and stretches about 150 miles from the Grand Coulee Dam to US/Canada border. There is good fishing somewhere on Roosevelt year round. Guides are required to have a special National Parks Use Permit to guide on Lake Roosevelt.
WALLEYE. We fish the Spokane Arm of Lake Roosevelt the months of April, May, and June for walleye. Fishing can be tremendous with limits of "eater" size fish common. Larger fish are not uncommon.
