SJM GUIDE SERVICE

Where we fish

SJM GUIDE SERVICE offers year-round, fully guided trips on Lake Roosevelt for sturgeon, walleye and trout. We fish the Columbia River at Hanford Reach for fall salmon. We also offer a special night fishing trip for kokanee on Loon Lake in Stevens County, Crappie on Eloika Lake in the spring, and we fish Rock Lake for brown trout in the winter.

Who we are

Steve Morris, Owner/Guide, has been fishing his entire life in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. He is an avid outdoorsman, and full time guide. Steve prides himself on safe, fun, and successful fishing adventures.

Professionalism is a priority of SJM Guide Service. For us this means, using quality fishing tackle and gear, having a clean boat & tidy boat and equipment, and direct and fair communication with clients.

WHAT TO BRING ON YOUR FISHING TRIP?

Clothing - Dress in Layers!

Check the weather report but even on hot, summer days, mornings can be cool on the water and cool fall mornings can have hot afternoons. Dress in layers, bring rain gear, and be prepared for a little of everything!

Food & Drinks

Fishing is hard work! Be sure to bring plenty of fuel. We fish "full days" so come with all the snacks, beverages, and lunch you might want. Being hungry on the boat is no fun!

Other Essentials

WDFW fishing license, sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, cooler for your catch, blanket,  wind breaker, rain gear, hat.
